About Us

Our Journey

Our business was built on family, hard work, and a deep connection to agriculture. In 2006, Richard and Dori officially established the business after marrying and blending a mixed family of three children. Rooted in shared values and a strong work ethic, the business grew alongside their family. In 2010, their family expanded once more with the addition of their youngest child, reinforcing the importance of legacy, stability, and long-term commitment—principles that continue to guide everything we do.

Richard’s agricultural journey began long before the business was founded. He attended Panhandle State University, where he studied agribusiness and developed a strong foundation in agricultural operations and management. In 1986, he returned home and spent years working in various feedlots, gaining hands-on experience and a deep understanding of the industry from the ground up.

Those years of practical experience, combined with formal education, eventually led Richard to take a leap of faith and go out on his own. What started as a vision built on knowledge, grit, and family support has grown into a business grounded in integrity, experience, and a commitment to doing things the right way.

Today, our business remains family-driven and community-minded, carrying forward the values it was founded on—hard work, honesty, and a dedication to serving others for generations to come.
